Kerry Newcastle respects your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use and protect your personal information in accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs) under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

What we collect

When you place an order or sign up to our emails we collect your name, email address, delivery address, phone number (optional) and order details. Payment details are processed securely by our payment providers and are never stored by us.

How we use it

We use your information to process and deliver your orders, provide customer support, send order updates, and - only with your consent - send marketing emails. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in every email.

Who we share it with

We share information only with the service providers needed to run our store: payment processors, delivery and fulfilment partners, and our email platform. Some of these providers are located outside Australia; where we disclose personal information overseas, we take reasonable steps to ensure it is handled consistently with the Australian Privacy Principles. We never sell your personal information.

Storage and security

Your data is stored securely by our ecommerce platform (Shopify). We take reasonable steps to protect it from misuse, loss and unauthorised access.

Access and correction

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by emailing support@kerrynewcastle.com. If you have a privacy complaint, contact us first and we will do our best to resolve it; you may also contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) at www.oaic.gov.au.
