Welcome to Kerry Newcastle. By using our website and placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Our store

All prices are shown in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices, products and promotions at any time; changes never affect orders already placed.

Orders

An order is accepted once you receive an order confirmation by email. We may refuse or cancel an order where a product was listed with an obvious error (for example an incorrect price); in that case you will always be refunded in full.

Shipping

We ship Australia-wide, free of charge. Shipping timeframes are shown on each product page and in our Shipping Policy. Personalised items require additional preparation time before dispatch.

Returns and refunds

See our Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law - our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded, and you are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure.

Personalised products

For personalised products, please check your personalisation details (names and spelling) carefully before ordering. Change-of-mind returns are not available for personalised items, but your consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law always apply.

Promotions and discount codes

Discount codes cannot be exchanged for cash and, unless stated otherwise, one code can be used per order. Multi-buy discounts are applied automatically and cannot be combined with other automatic offers on the same items.

Intellectual property

All content on this website (text, photography, branding) is owned by or licensed to Kerry Newcastle and may not be reproduced without permission.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, and without limiting your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of this website.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Australia.
