Free shipping, Australia-wide

Every order ships free, anywhere in Australia, with tracked shipping.

Shipping timeframes

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping takes 8-15 business days depending on your location; some regional areas may take a little longer. Personalised items (such as baskets with a name stitched on) require an additional 3-7 business days of preparation before dispatch - beautiful things take a little time.

Tracking

As soon as your order ships you will receive a tracking link by email. You can also track your order any time via the Track Your Order page.

Express Shipping

Express Shipping with priority processing is available as an option at checkout for a small fee.

Missing or delayed parcels

If your tracking has not updated for more than 7 days, or your parcel has not arrived within the timeframe above, email us at support@kerrynewcastle.com - we will investigate with the carrier and make it right, in line with your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If your order is lost in transit, we will resend it or refund you.

Incorrect address

Please check your shipping address at checkout. Notice a mistake? Email us as soon as possible at support@kerrynewcastle.com - we can usually correct it before dispatch.
