Sceptical at first with online purchases. But absolutely stunning dresses and sandals. Not the cheapest but they are worth it. Next week I'll buy the clare tote bag.

Amanda Nolany

I had a great experience and loved the dress and top. Great service as well. Highly recommended to everyone.

Tracey Sutton

Great customer service and a trustworthy website. They could offer more size options, but the quality and selection are very good.

Leanne Baxter

Susan B.

Took these to Italy for 12 days. Walked 40+ miles across cobblestones in Rome, sand in Cinque Terre, and marble in the Vatican. Zero blisters, no break-in. They came out of the suitcase looking brand new. My daughter is getting a pair next.

I was hesitant to order online but Kerry Newcastle completely won me over. Stunning quality, beautiful packaging and the most comfortable sandals I have ever worn. Already placing my second order!

Margaret V.

My feet swell badly in summer and I had nearly given up on sandals. These are the first pair in years that do not leave marks by the end of the day. I have them in beige and black now.

At 61, I had given up on summer bags. Three strangers stopped me at the farmers market the first time I wore this. The handwoven texture is real - not plastic pretending to be natural fiber. Already ordered one for my sister's birthday.

Hannah L.

Ordered three pairs during the sale and every single one exceeded my expectations. The packaging felt like receiving a gift. At 58, I finally found a brand that makes me feel stylish and completely myself!

Common questions

Frequently Asked Questions

Is shipping free?

Yes - we offer free Australia-wide shipping on every order, no minimum spend. Your parcel is sent with tracked shipping so you can follow it the whole way home.

How long does shipping take?

Most orders are dispatched within 1-2 working days. Australia-wide shipping typically takes 5-7 working days, though some regional locations may take a little longer. You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order is on its way.

How do I choose the right size?

Each product page has a detailed size guide based on measurements. If you're between sizes - or have a wider foot - we generally recommend sizing up one for the most comfortable fit, especially with our orthopaedic styles.

Are your shoes suitable for sensitive or wider feet?

Yes. Our orthopaedic styles are designed with cushioned soles, supportive arches, and a relaxed toe box, making them comfortable for bunions, plantar fasciitis, wider feet and all-day wear. The soft uppers stretch gently with your foot.

What if I'm not satisfied with my order?

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on every order. If something isn't quite right - sizing, fit, comfort - simply email us within 30 days and we'll arrange your return and a full refund. No questions, no hassle.

Can I track my order?

Yes. As soon as your order is dispatched you'll receive an email with your tracking link. You can follow your parcel every step of the way, right up to your door.

Can I change or cancel my order?

We start preparing your order quickly to get it to you fast. If you need to make a change or cancel, please email us within 12 hours of placing your order and we'll do our best to update it before it ships.

Do you store my payment details?

No. We never see or store your payment details. All transactions are handled securely with SSL encryption by trusted providers like Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal.

How can I contact customer support?

You can reach us by email at support@kerrynewcastle.com. A real person reads every message, and we typically respond within 24 hours, Monday to Friday.
